Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the games and website of Playargo Games, operated by [Individual Entrepreneur — full legal name], Georgia ("we", "us"), including Fuel the Fleet: Batumi. By playing our games or buying anything in them, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our games
Our games are free to play. We may update, change or stop parts of a game at any time, for example to fix bugs or balance gameplay.
2. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you need permission from a parent or guardian to make purchases.
3. Purchases
- Our games offer optional digital items (see Pricing).
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller (for example Paddle.com or Lemon Squeezy), who is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, taxes, customer service for payments and refunds under its own buyer terms.
- Digital items are delivered to your game account right after payment is confirmed.
- Virtual items and in-game money have no monetary value, are not your property, cannot be transferred or sold and can only be used inside the game.
4. Your account and progress
Progress is saved in your browser and, when you sign in, to your account. Clearing your browser data without signing in can delete progress. We may reset progress when a game's economy changes; purchased items that are still active will be restored.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, attack our servers or harass other players. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Intellectual property
Our games, code, art, music and texts belong to us or our licensors. You may play and share screenshots and videos, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute the games.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Games are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of game progress. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; the date above shows the latest version.
9. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
